Beth’s Impressions will not make any duplicates of copyrighted materials. I can not scan copyrighted photographs or transfer or edit copyrighted videos without written permission of the copyright owner. If your original materials have a copyright symbol, it is your responsibility to seek a "release/waiver" signed by the copyright owner allowing the original photo or video to be reproduced or edited. This is usually the case of a studio produced photograph or a video filmed by a hired videographer. The "Release" must accompany the copyrighted original material that you send to Beth’s Impressions. If the copyright owner is no longer in business or cannot be reached, you must provide a signed statement indicating that you are unable to locate the original copyright holder and that you will be solely responsible for the photo or video reproduction. Beth’s Impressions will not be held responsible for copyright infringement.

Please verify your computer, CD or DVD player can play "burned or rendered" discs. Beth’s Impressions can not be held responsible if your new project won’t play on your equipment. Generally, newer models play rendered or burned media. However, there are some older players that will not play any type of rendered discs. So please check with the manufacture of your player or computer.
Exchange policy for unplayable discs: Please verify that your DVD player can play "burned or rendered media". Should you find that your equipment will not operate properly with the media used for your completed project, I will re-issue you a second disc of a different brand for $5.00. The label fee would apply as well if you originally chose that option. You must return the first disc to me prior to re-issue. You have 5 days, from receiving your finalized product, to request a re-issue. If for some reason you need an extension past the 5 day exchange policy, please notify me as soon as possible.
Project Time Table:
There is no set time limit given to editing or restoration. It is based on each individual project and the amount of work needed. A free work estimate is available upon request.
Rush orders on video and photo projects: Available for an additional cost. Each project is individually evaluated based on the amount of work requested and/or needed. Therefore, prices for rush delivery are discussed when you place an order.
How to send your photos to me:
E-mail: • You may scan your photographs into your computer at a high resolution. - A minimum of 300 dpi for a 6x4 or larger photo - A minimum of 600 dpi for a 6x4 or smaller • Make sure your scanner is set to "True color output" (RGB) • Make sure your save your scanned photo as a JPEG file • Then please attach the photo into an e-mail to me at: videophoto@bethsimpressions.us (If you have any questions regarding how to do this, please feel free to contact me)
Mail If you choose to do this, please take the necessary steps to protect your materials. • There are protective envelopes you can purchase to mail your photos. • You may make a high quality copy of your original pictures and send me the copy. • You may store your original images onto a CD and mail the CD. (If you do not have capability on your home computer to do this, then you can take your pictures to Kinko’s where they will do this for you.) • Floppy disc • USB memory key (will be returned)

Customer Inquires:
Deposit: There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required before any work begins. The remaining fee is due upon completion of photograph(s) or video(s).
Fee:
If my work appears unsatisfactory or you change your mind regarding the project in question, the deposit is not refundable. However, you will not be charged the remaining 50%. I will then do my best to help you find a restorative artist to fit your needs. I keep the altered materials and return your original photographs, videos, or slides.
